Payment Terms & Conditions

These Payment Terms & Conditions apply to payments made for services provided by Investax India. The specific service, fee, taxes, payment schedule and applicable conditions will be communicated before or at the time of engagement.

1. Fees and Charges

The applicable fee is the amount communicated and agreed for the relevant service. Applicable taxes or statutory charges may be additional where required by law.

2. Payment Methods

Payments should be made only through the payment methods or payment instructions communicated by Investax India. Keep the payment confirmation or transaction reference for your records.

3. Payment Confirmation

A payment is treated as received subject to successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider or Investax India. A gateway response does not change the agreed scope of service.

4. Service Commencement

Where service commencement is dependent on payment, work may begin after successful payment confirmation and receipt of the information or documents required to provide the service.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Any cancellation, refund or adjustment is governed by the applicable service terms and the Return & Refund Policy. Some services may involve work already performed or third-party costs that cannot be reversed.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed or appears to have been charged more than once, contact info@investaxindia.com with the transaction reference so the payment can be checked.

7. Investment Advisory Fees

Payment of an advisory fee does not guarantee investment performance or returns. Investment outcomes remain subject to market and product risks.
