Registered address is a place where company is initially registered either it may be corporate office or head office or a place where usually board meeting is conducted.
Change in Registered Address-
Any change in the situation of registered office is also required to be notified to Registrar of Companies within 30 days in e- Form INC- 22 along with prescribed fees.
